Student Grievance Redressal Committee (SGRC)
Rajkiya Mahvidyalaya Chinyalisaur has constituted a Committee to handle and solve the grievances of the students and to promote and maintain a sustainable, unbiased & positive educational environment. It involves a process of investigation in which the ‘Students Grievance Redressal Committee enquires and analyses the nature and pattern of the grievances in a strictly confidential manner.

Anti-Sexual Harassment Committee: -
Anti-sexual harassment as the name suggests, is an internal complaints committee to receive and redress complaints of sexual harassment. A committee has been constituted for the redressal of Complaints by the Aggrieved person and making recommendations for resolution to the management team.
Anti-Ragging Committee: -
An Anti-Ragging Committee has been established in the college inculcating a Culture of a Ragging Free Environment in the Campus. The anti-Ragging committee is involved in designing strategies and action plans for curbing the Menace of Ragging in the college by adopting an array of activities. The Committee conducts awareness programmes from time to timein campus.
Time taken to resolve the Grievance: -
- The SGRC shall send its report with recommendations, if any, to the competent authority of the institution concerned and a copy thereof to the aggrieved student,preferably within 15 working days from the date of receipt of the complaint.
- Any student aggrieved by the decision of the Student Grievance RedressalCommittee may prefer an appeal to the ombudsperson, within 15 days from the date of receipt of such decision.
- The Ombudsperson shall make all efforts to resolve the grievance within 30 days of receiving the appeal from the aggrieved student(s).

About Us
The college was established on 01 August 2001, at the undergraduate level with seven core subjects of the Faculty of Arts (Hindi, English, History, Sociology, Political Science, Geography, Economics). In 2016-2017, Faculty of Science was introduced with five subjects (Mathematics, Zoology, Botany, Chemistry and Physics). This college is one of the major centre of higher education in Uttarkashi district since 2001.
