Department of Botany
Department of Botany started in the Academic session 2017-18. In the first session only 33 students were enrolled in B.Sc. (ZBC). Botany is one
of the main subjects of life sciences. Botany is primarily related with the scientific study of plants and their life cycles and used in many
aspects of human life. It is one of the oldest science in the world. Plants are the primary producers and the means to convert carbon-di-oxide
into life saving oxygen which is one of the most valuable products for human being and used as “GREEN BONUS” of great concern in modern world.
