Department of Physics
Department of Physics was established in the year 2016 to teach the undergraduate students of B.Sc. This is a Three Years Undergraduate Program.
The thrust of this program is to impart extensive knowledge of Physics both in theoretical and practical spheres. This academic course involves
the study of wide range of theories, such as, relativity, quantum, mechanics, atomic, nuclear and particle physics, lasers and instrumentation,
etc.,. Degree holders with Physics as one of the subject are very much in demand, with employment opportunities for Physics graduates expanding
all the time. It is also a basic degree for those who wish to pursue Master’s Degree in Physics. This program also enables the students to
undertake an independent research project in an area of Physics under the supervision of an academic staff member.
